Birds chirping

I honestly cannot describe the roller coaster that I feel like I have been on since Thursday. Well, really since 23 weeks. After our news this past week one can only imagine. Friday, to say I was an emotional disaster would be an understatement. Every time I talked to someone via phone I would break down, which made my blood pressure go up, so I decided it best that I didn't answer anymore questions or talk to anyone else on the phone. I called Justin about 2 pm and told him I would be checking myself into the mental ward instead of L & D haha. Immediately he called our OB to find out if we could get some answers that would keep us from worrying all weekend.
We all (he conference called me in) decided that while I was at the hospital getting my final betamethasone shot I would have a biophysical ultrasound. Basically it measures 4 different amniotic fluid sacs, movement, breathing, and heartbeats. The highest score they could get was an 8 and I'm happy to report that each baby received an 8!! Way to go sweet babies.
We still don't have anymore answers as far as the resistance in TGA's placenta, but from what the doctor said it could be a lot worse. We will cross that bridge when we come to it though (at 28 weeks). Today I am officially 26 weeks and 3 days and as long as everything continues going well or as it is now I know we can make it to the huge milestone of 28 weeks... And hopefully beyond!

As far as the blog title goes,I woke up at 5:15 to birds chirping outside of our bedroom window. I know that God sent them just for me to hear because I needed more reassurance. HE is our miracle worker for sure. I know we will all be taken care of over the next few days, weeks, and months!

Thank you all for your kind thoughts and prayers. They mean so much to ALL of us!

XoXo
